Our calls are expertly tuned, so we recommend you do not take them apart to self tune unless you are an advanced caller. Just take them out into the field, get calling and enjoy!

Always keep your call connected to the drop on a lanyard, connected to the groove on the barrel of the call. When your call is not in use, store your call in a dry room. Any visible dirt can be wiped with a damp cloth and air dryed in a dry room. Never leave your call in a damp or wet blind bag.

We ship anywhere in the world. Your shipping is calculated by New Zealand Post. We will inform you of your shipping cost prior to international shipping. For New Zealand customers, rural delivery incurs an additional cost, so be sure to include it when uploading your address to avoid any surprise cost.

We comply with the New Zealand Consumers Guarantees Act 1993. We also have a tuning service. All calls returned for this service must be returned clean, please clean your call before returning it to us. Please ensure your call is returned in secure packaging with a carrier that offers insurance. Season Calls are not liable for any calls lost in transit to our offices. Turnaround times for re-tunes is about three weeks, however in times of high volumes, these times may be longer. Please include your name, full address, daytime contact number and the reason for the re-tune. We cannot repair calls, but parts may be replaced. Returned calls will be evaluated and you will be contacted with the relevant charge. Return of calls will incur a postage and packaging charge.
